Medical and rehabilitation plan and process in patient with heart failure in terminal stage
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje diagnózu srdečního selhání. Zahrnuje teoretickou část, ve které se zaměřuji na definici, prognózu, patofyziologii, diagnostiku a terapii onemocnění. V části praktické je čerpáno z nabytých informací u pacienta a aplikace kardiovaskulární rehabilitace u pacienta s diagnózou srdečního selhání v terminálním stádiu na podkladě dilatační kardiomyopatie.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the diagnosis of heart failure. It contains theoretical part which focuses in the definition, prognosis, pathophysiology, diagnostics and therapy. In practical part I use acquired knowledge in the application of cardiovascular rehabilitation in a patient with the diagnosis of severe heart failure in terminal stage on the basis of dilatation cardiomyopathy.
