Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem Vinařská kultura na Znojemsku na příkladu obce Božice je zmapování svébytné subkultury malovinařů ve vybrané obci. Hlavním těžištěm práce je aplikovaný terénní výzkum za pomoci informátorů. The focus of this thesis called Vine culture in the region of Znojmo with Božice village being used as an example, is to map a peculiar subculture of small-scale wine-makers in the selected village.
