Divorce Proceedings from The Perspective of The Family
Abstract:
Cílem práce je poukázat na důležitost zákona o rodině, který je součástí každodenního života v naší společnosti a zároveň i právním podkladem k rozvodovému řízení. Práce poukazuje na složitý proces při rozvodovém řízení, který musí rozvádějící se manželé podstoupit a vliv rozvodu manželů na jejich děti.
Abstract:
The objective of bachelor's thesis is to refer to importance of family law, which is part of daily life in our society and at the same time the legal ground for divorce trial. The thesis refers to a complicated process during divorce trial, which divorcing couple must undergo and an effect of married couple´s divorce on their children.
