Abstract:

Cílem této práce bylo porovnat vybrané kvalitativní parametry inkjetových výtisků, realizovaných dvěma typy latexových inkoustů, starším typem HP 792 a zcela novými inkousty HP 831A. Reprodukce detailů a odolnost vůči oděru byly sledovány na pěti různých materiálech. Pro testování světlostálosti byl zvolen jeden typ materiálu. Světlostálost byla testována pomocí urychleného stárnutí vzorků. Vzorky byly podrobeny osvitu po dobu 300 hodin v testovací komoře Q-SUN Xe-1-b. Vyhodnocení bylo vztaženo ke změně objemu barvového gamutu. Reprodukce detailů byla posuzována na základě čitelnosti vytištěné stupnice znaků v pozitivní i negativní formě a dle dosaženého rozlišení tisku. Pro testování odolnosti vůči oděru byl využit přístroj Ink Rub Tester. Odolnost byla hodnocena na základě optických hustot naměřených na protikuse, na kterém při odírání ulpěl inkoust. Lepších výsledků světlostálosti bylo dosaženo u inkoustů typu HP 792, zde byl zaznamenán menší úbytek objemu barvového gamutu. Dle hodnocení reprodukce detailů lze oběma typy inkoustů na všech použitých substrátech tisknout při zachování čitelnosti pozitivní písmo v nejmenší testované velikosti 3  body. U  negativního písma se čitelnost zhoršuje. Vyhodnocení číselné stupnice ukázalo, že inkousty HP 831A lze tisknout také 2b pozitivní písmo při zachování čitelnosti. Dosažené rozlišení je u obou typů inkoustů pro všechny materiály vyjma tapety 140 lpi. Tisk s  použitím inkoustů HP 831A vykazuje na tapetě rozlišení v rozmezí 123-125 lpi.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis was to compare selected qualitative parametres of inkjet prints realized with two types of latex inks. The older type HP 792 and the new type HP 831A. Reproduction of details and abrasion resistance was evaluated on five different substrates. One type of material for used for the testing of light fastness. Light fastness was tested by accelerated aging method. Samples were illuminated for 300 hours in the test chamber Q-SUN Xe-1-b. The assessment was based on the change of the color gamut volume. Detail reproduction was assessed according to the readability of the printed scale characters in both positive and negative form and according to the achieved resolution. The abrasion resistance was tested by Ink Rub Tester device. The resistance was evaluated by optical density measured at the counterpart, where the ink got stuck. Better light fastness was achieved with HP 792 inks. There was less decrease in the color gamut. By the evaluation of detail reproduction the smallest tested size 3 point font can be printed readably by both types of ink on all tested types of material. Readability of the negative font is worse. Better results were achieved with the use of inks HP 831A. The numerical scale shows that with these inks can be print also 2 point size font that is still readable. Achieved resolution is for both types of ink and all used materials except wallpaper140 lpi. Print on wallpaper using HP 831A inks provides resolution in the range of 123-125 lpi.
