Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením (OZP) s akcentem na změnu pravidel minimální mzdy v ČR od 1. 1. 2017. Specifická míra nezaměstnanosti OZP se pohybuje přes 20%. Nezaměstnanost, především dlouhodobá, je prediktorem sociálního vyloučení a života v chudobě. Abstract:
Work deals with the the employment of persons with disability (PWD), with emphasis on changing the rules of the minimum wage in Czech republic from 1.1. 2017. PWD specific unemployment rate is over 20%. Unemployment, especially long term, is a predictor of social exclusion and living in poverty.
