Abstract:
Diplomová práca je zameraná na problematiku transferových cien. Jej cieľom je na základe analýzy českej a medzinárodnej legislatívy a metód stanovenia prevodných cien zhodnotiť nastavenie cien v reálnom podniku. V práci je overená skutočnosť, že analyzovaná spoločnosť spĺňa princíp trhového odstupu, t.j.transakcie realizované medzi spojenými osobami prebiehajú za bežných obchodných podmienok.
