Business model for expanding business activity

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je provést strategickou analýzu prostředí, ve kterém se firma ALEKAR s.r.o. nachází. Firma především zajišťuje odvozy odpadů ze stavebních činností a také poskytuje převozy stavebních materiálů či strojů. V současné době poptávka po službách nabízeného typu výrazně převyšuje nabídku a firma uvažuje o tom, že bude expandovat. Na základě zjištěných dat bude navržen business model pro plánované rozšíření podnikatelské činnosti a vypracován finanční plán budoucích nákladů a výnosů. Podnikatelský model využije silné stránky a příležitosti a bude se zabývat slabinami a hrozbami. První část popisuje situaci v oboru, ve kterém firma podniká a diskutuje o současném stavu a trendech v nakládání se stavebními a demoličními odpady. Analytická část se zabývá současnou situací prostřednictvím interní a externí analýzy. Důraz je kladen na vyhodnocení současné situace a na určení silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb pomocí SWOT analýzy. Poslední část práce vychází z omezené analýzy SWOT a navrhuje opatření, která povedou k dosažení požadovaných cílů.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to perform a strategic analysis of the environment in which ALEKAR s.r.o. exists. The company primarily provides for the collection of waste from the construction industry and also provides for the transport of building materials or machines. Currently, the demand for services of the type that the company offers significantly exceeds the offer and the firm is considering expanding. On the basis of the data found, a business model will be proposed for the planned expansion of business activities and a financial plan for future costs and revenues will be drawn up. The business model will use strengths and opportunities and will address weaknesses and threats. The first part describes the situation in the field in which the company has business and discusses the current state and trends in the handling of construction and demolition waste. The analytical part deals with the current situation through internal and external analysis. Emphasis is placed on the evaluation of the current situation and on the identification of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats by SWOT analysis. The part of the proposal draws from the constricted SWOT analysis and it proposes a strategy and measures which will lead to the desired aims.
