Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá porovnáním optické a automatické pachymetrie. Je zde popsána historie metody, její význam a metody měření. Zjištění tloušťky rohovky je důležité pro včasnou detekci ektatických, respektive degenerativních onemocnění rohovky a je nedílnou součástí pro zjištění stavu před a po operacích rohovkové tkáně, a to především u laserových zákroků. This work deals with the comparison of optical and automatic pachymetry. There are described the history of this method, its meaning and methods of measurement.
