Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu služeb veřejných knihoven a střediska Teiresiás pro zrakově handicapované. Teoretická část stručně popisuje zrakový handicap, zařazení ve společnosti, historii vzniku pomůcek pro zrakově handicapované. Vznik zvukových knihoven, audioknih a hybridních knih, který je hojně využíván i zdravými jedinci. Vznik střediska Teiresiás, který provádí pomocné služby při MUNI pro studenty se specifickými nároky. Praktická část se bude zaměřovat na analýzu nabídky služeb, zdali u nás funguje trh s těmito komoditami. Dále jaká je role státu ve financování veřejných služeb, a jaké jiné formy financování existují. Díky tomu mohou být modernizovány audiovizuální a hmatové pomůcky pro handicapované. Dotazníkovým šetřením vedených rozhovorů různých věkových skupin se určí, jaké je porovnání v poskytovaní služeb střediska Teiresiás, a veřejné knihovně v Brně v Knihovně Jiřího Mahena, obsahující oddělení pro nevidomé a slabozraké.

Abstract:

The master’s thesis focuses on analysis of the services of public libraries and the Teiresiás Center for the Visually Impaired. The theoretical part deals with visially handi-cap, inclusion in the company, creation of aids for blind people in history. Creation of sound libraries, audiobooks and hybridbooks, which is abundantly used by healthy people. Creation of Teiresiás Center, which provides services at MUNI for students with special needs. The practical part will focus on the analysis of the offe of services, if the market of these commodities works in our country. Furthermore, what is the role of the state in the financing of public services, and what other forms of financing exist. And thanks to this, audiovisual and tactile aids for the disabled can be modernized. The questionnaire survey of interviews conducted by various age groups, will determine the comparison in the provision of services of the Teiresiás Center and public library in Brno in the Jiří Mahen Library, which include the Department for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
