Abstract:

ABSTRAKT BALVÍNOVÁ, Natálie. Ošetřovatelská péče a pacienta se syndromem diabetické nohy. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Marie Froňková. Praha 2024. Počet stran: 43. Téma bakalářské práce je zaměřeno na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta se syndromem diabetické nohy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je soustředěna na onemocnění diabetes mellitus a jeho léčbu, symptomy, diagnostiku a komplikace. Jedna z komplikací u diabetu mellitu je syndrom diabetické nohy, na kterou se tato práce zaměřuje. U syndromu diabetické nohy je popsána charakteristika, rizikové faktory, možnosti léčby (konzervativní i chirurgické), příčiny, vyšetřovací metody. U specifiky ošetřovatelské péče je uvedeno, jak správně edukovat pacienty o onemocnění diabetu mellitu a o syndromu diabetické nohy, rizikových faktorech, jak o své nohy pečovat a jak je správně kontrolovat, abychom předešli vzniku defektů. V rámci praktické části této práce je použita metodika ošetřovatelská dokumentace, prostřednictvím které jsou stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy podle koncepčního modelu Marjory Gordon. Tato dokumentace zahrnuje anamnézu, diagnózu, plánování, stanovení cílů a jejich realizaci, následně jejich zhodnocení.

Marie Froňková. Pages 43. The topic of the bachelor thesis is focused on nursing care of a patient with diabetic foot syndrome. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is focused on the disease diabetes mellitus and its treatment, symptoms, diagnosis and complications. One of the complications in diabetes mellitus is diabetic foot syndrome, which is the focus of this thesis. Characteristics, risk factors, treatment options (conservative and surgical), causes, and investigative methods are described for diabetic foot syndrome. For the specifics of nursing care, how to properly educate patients about diabetic mellitus and diabetic foot syndrome, the risk factors, how to care for their feet, and how to properly control them to prevent the development of defects are discussed. The practical part of this thesis uses the nursing documentation methodology through which nursing diagnoses are made according to Marjory Gordon's Conceptual Model. This documentation includes history taking, diagnosis, planning, setting goals and their implementation, followed by their evaluation.
