Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je role sociálních pracovníků obcí s rozšířenou působností při podpoře neformálních pečujících. Záměrem diplomové práce je analyzovat roli sociálního pracovníka při poskytování pomoci neformálním pečujícím ve vybraných obcích s rozšířenou působností v Moravskoslezském kraji. Cílem teoretické části práce bylo popsat základní teoretická a metodologická východiska práce, uvést základní pojmy a termíny, které se vztahují k tématu práce. Výzkumná část navazuje na získané poznatky teoretické části. Vzhledem k cíli práce byla k získání informací zvolena kvalitativní metoda výzkumu, uskutečněna formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Tyto rozhovory byly provedeny se sociálními pracovníky úřadů vybraných obcí s rozšířenou působností v Moravskoslezském kraji a získané informace byly dále analyzovány a zpracovány.

Abstract:

The topic of the diploma thesis is the role of social workers of municipalities with extended powers in the support of informal carers. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the role of a social worker in providing assistance to informal carers in selected municipalities with extended powers in the Moravian-Silesian region. The aim of the theoretical part of the work was to describe the basic theoretical and methodological basis of the work, to state the basic concepts and terms that relate to the topic of the work. The research part builds on the acquired knowledge of the theoretical part. Given the aim of the work, a qualitative research method was chosen to obtain information, carried out in the form of semi-structured interviews. These interviews were conducted with social workers from the offices of selected municipalities with extended powers in the Moravian-Silesian Region, and the information obtained was further analyzed and processed.
