Management of municipal e-government - a case study

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce Řízení e-Governmentu obce je na základě analýzy identifikovat nástroje řízení projektů e-Governmentu na úrovni územní samosprávy. První část práce je zaměřena na význam e-Governmentu, teoretický základ jeho řízení a možné bariéry nastávající při jeho řízení. Druhá část se zabývá zkoumáním řízení projektů ve statutárním městě Prostějově, jeho nástroji řízení a možných bariérách. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou pak stanoveny závěry a doporučení autora.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis Management of municipal e-Government is is based on the analysis to identify eGovernment management tools at the level of municipal government . The first part of the thesis focuses on the importance of e-Government and the theoretical basis of its management and possible barriers that might arise. The second part of the thesis deals with project management study in the statutory city of Prostějov, its management tools and possible barriers. On the basis of the information found, the conclusions and recommendations of the author are set.
