Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zjišťuje vliv masáží na lidský organismus. Teoretická část charakterizuje sportovní a klasickou masáž. Zabývá se historií, dělením, jednotlivými masážními prostředky a hmaty a jejich účinky. Empirická část obsahuje výzkumné šetření, které bylo provedeno přímým měřením. Bachelor thesis investigates the influence on the human body massages. The theoretical part describes classic and sports massage. It deals with the history, division, individual touches and massage devices and their effects. The empirical part contains the research was carried out by direct measurement.
