Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vnější vlivy působící na výkrm prasat. V první části práce jsou popsány produkční vlastnosti prasat, tedy výkrmnost, růst, jatečná hodnota, kvalita masa a tuku. V druhé části práce jsou popsány jednotlivé vnější faktory působící na užitkovost prasat, tedy výživa prasat, význam jednotlivých živin, význam techniky krmení. The bachelor thesis was aimed on external influences affecting pig production. Firstly here are described parts of pig production, such as growth, slaughter performance, meat and fat quality. In the second part there are described the factors affecting pig production, which are feeding, nutritional requirements of pigs and feeding techniques.
