Diplomová práca sa zaoberá životným prostredím a stavebnou činnosťou. Cieľom práce je analýza a zhodnotenie mechanizmov a nástrojov poskytovaných českým právnym poriadkom k ochrane životného prostredia v jednotlivých fázach stavebnej činnosti.
