Predkladaná bakalárska práca sa zaoberá inštitútom konzulárnej ochrany poskytovanej diplomatickými či konzulárnymi orgánmi ktoréhokoľvek členského štátu Únie v prospech príslušníkov členských štátov nemajúcich v tretej krajine svoje zastúpenie.
