Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zobrazování temporomandibulárního kloubu metodou magnetické rezonance. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována popisu principu magnetické rezonance a tedy i získáváni obrazu. Dále se zabývá anatomií, biomechanikou a etiologií onemocnění temporomandibulárního kloubu. Zároveň poskytuje přehled zobrazovacích metod využívaných při diagnostice této oblasti. V praktické části jsou zpracována data poskytnuta RDK FN Brno. Je vytvořen obecný rozbor získaných informací o vyšetřeních za blíže specifikované období. Následně se práce soustřeďuje na zpracování hodnocení polohy disku, a to u pacientů vyšetřených současně magnetickou rezonancí a ultrazvukem.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis deals with imaging of temporomandibular joint with magnetic resonance. Thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on description of principles behind magnetic resonance and also mechanics of getting image itself. Further, it describes anatomy, biomechanics and etiology of temporomandibular disorders. The theoretical part also provides overview of imaging methods used to diagnose this area. The practical part is analysis of data provided by RDK FN Brno. Basic analysis is applied to examinations during a specified period of time. Subsequently, the practical part deals with evaluations of disk position in patients, who were examined with both magnetic resonance and ultrasound.
