Design of continuous device for inducition treatment of wire

Abstract:

Tato práce obsahuje popis konstrukčního návrhu podávacích průběžných jednotek pro indukční zpracování drátu. Primární funkcí tohoto zařízení je definovaně podávat vsázku cívkou indukčního ohřevu. V práci je popsán celý proces návrhu v chronologickém pořadí, v jakém byl tento proces sku-tečně realizován. V první části práce se nachází popis pracoviště indukčního ohřevu ve společnosti COMTES FHT a.s. a jsou zde také popsány obecné teoretické základy, nutné k pochopení účelu zaří-zení a technologických operací s tímto zařízením proveditelných. Následující část práce se věnuje za-dání a konkrétním požadavkům, které zadavatel na začátku konstrukčního procesu definoval, a které poté posloužili jako důležitý podklad, při klíčových rozhodnutích. Po seznámení se zadáním následuje pojednání o současném stavu techniky a průzkumu trhu. Jsou zde popsány hlavní koncepční směry, jimiž se podobná zařízení na trhu vydávají a jaká tato pojetí přinášejí pozitiva, či negativa. Práce dále pokračuje řadou koncepčních úvah, na základě nichž, je v dalších kapitolách, popsán hrubý návrh zařízení. Jednou z posledních kapitol, je poté popis samotného konstrukčního řešení průběžných jednotek. V této části, jsem se zaměřil na detailní popis technických řešení, která jsem aplikoval na klíčové konstrukční uzly zařízení. Zařízení bylo následně postaveno a úspěšně otestováno pro provozní parametry.

Abstract:

This paper contains a description of the structural design of feed-through units for induction wire processing. The primary function of this device is to feed the charge through the induction heating coil in a defined manner. The paper describes the entire design process in the chronological order in which the process was actually implemented. In the first part of the thesis there is a description of the workplace of induction heating in company COMTES FHT a.s. and there are also described general theoretical basics necessary to understand the purpose of the device and technological operations possible with this device. The following part of the thesis is devoted to the task and specific require-ments defined by the client at the beginning of the design process, which then served as an im-portant basis for key decisions. The introduction to the brief is followed by a discussion of the state of the art and market research. The main conceptual directions that similar devices are taking in the market are described and what the positives or negatives of these concepts are. The thesis continues with a number of conceptual considerations on the basis of which, in the following chapters, a rough design of the device is described. One of the last chapters, then, is a description of the actual design of the continuous units. In this section, I have focused on detailing the technical solutions that I have applied to the key design nodes of the device.
