Tato diplomová práce se zabývá monistickým systémem správy akciových společností. Monistický systém byl novelizován zákonem č. 33/2020 Sb., a téměř od základu mění dosavadní úpravu a fungování monistického systému v České republice. This diploma thesis focuses on the monistic system of governance of joint-stock companies. The monistic system was amended by Act No. 33/2020 Coll., And fundamentally changed the regulation and functioning of the monistic system in the Czech Republic.
