Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce pojednává o právní úpravě veřejného dluhu se zaměřením na státní dluh. Nejprve budou nastíněny základní historické souvislosti vývoje rozpočtového práva. Další část práce obsahuje základní charakteristiku souvisejících právních institutů. Poslední část je zaměřena na vybrané aspekty navrhované právní úpravy.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis shall primarily discuss the legislation of the public debt, focusing in the most part on the nation debt. Initially the thesis will outline basic historical connections on the development of budget rules.
