Úvod bakalářské práce je zaměřen na systemizaci průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti, se zaměřením na pomocné a doplňkové služby. Dále je v práci objasněn facility management včetně potřebných norem. Hlavní část je zaměřena na asistivní technologie, podmínky pro poskytování tísňové péče a jejich poskytovatele v ČR. Introduction of this thesis focuses on systemization of commercial security industry, with focus on supporting and auxiliary services. The thesis also clarifies facility management, including the necessary standards. The main part is focused on assistive technology, conditions for the provision of emergency care and their providers in the Czech Republic.
