Model of process management and its optimization in the selected company
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na odhalení úzkých míst v procesech a problematiku procesního řízení ve výrobní společnosti, v současnosti využívaného jako nástroj řízení kvality a zároveň k efektivnímu snižování interních nákladů. Prakticky se zabývá aktuálním stavem procesního řízení při využití teoretických aspektů publikovaných předními specialisty procesního managementu.
Abstract:
The work focuses on the question of process management in a manufacturing company, currently used as a quality management tool and for effectively reducing intercompany costs. Practically it deals with the current state of process management by using the theoretical aspects drawn up by leading process management specialists.
