Zobrazení tenzorů difuze (DTI) představuje stále více využívanou MRI metodu charakterizující změny mikrostruktury bílé hmoty (BH) na základě kvantifikace pohybů molekul vody, která je přednostně směrovaná podél axonů. Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) as an increasingly utilized MRI method, quantifies changes in white matter (WM) microstructure based on measurements of water movement, which is preferentially hindered along the axons.
