Nitrogen fertilizer with zeolite in winter wheat nutrition

Abstract:

Závěrečná práce se zabývá využitím dusíkatého hnojiva se zeolity ve výživě pšenice ozimé (Triticum aestivum). Experiment probíhal na dvou pokusných lokalitách v Žabčicích a ve Vatíně. Zkoumaným hnojivem byl ledek amonný s nižším podílem dusíku, avšak doplněný o 30 % zeolitu (ZENFERT 24N). Hnojivo s přídavkem zeolitů by mělo pozitivně ovlivňovat fyzikálně – chemické vlastnosti půd (poutání vody, zlepšování sorpční kapacity půdy, lepší využití živin), a tím pádem zvyšovat kvantitu a kvalitu zrna pšenice ozimé. Aplikace probíhala pouze na jaře, a to v období regeneračního (BBCH 21-29), produkčního (BBCH 30-39) a kvalitativního (BBCH 49-51) hnojení. Zkoumané hnojivo se aplikovalo ve dvou dávkách, a to v plné dávce (180 kg/ha N) a ve snížené dávce (144 kg/ha N). Jako kontrolní varianta byla použita kombinace hnojiv LAD 27 + DAM 390. V případě hodnocení výsledků jednotlivých hnojených variant nebyla u výnosu zrna a objemové hmotnosti zrna zjištěna statistická průkaznost. U hodnot obsahu dusíkatých látek, obsahu lepku a sedimentační hodnoty byla zjištěna statistická průkaznost v případě srovnání základní kontroly a variant se sníženou dávkou dusíku, kdy se nižší dávka dusíku negativně projevila na těchto kvalitativních parametrech.

Abstract:

The final thesis deals with the use of nitrogen fertilizer with zeolites in winter wheat nutrition. The aim of this thesis was to examine the effect of nitrogen fertilizer with zeolite on the yield and quality of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum). The experiment was conducted at two experimental sites in Žabčice and Vatín. The investigated fertilizer was ammonium nitrate with a lower nitrogen content but supplemented with 30 % zeolite (ZENFERT 24N). The fertilizer with the addition of zeolites should positively influence the physical and chemical properties of soils (water retention, soil sorption capacity, higher nutrient utilization) and thus increase the quantity and quality of winter wheat grain. The applications were performed only in spring, during the regeneration (BBCH 21-29), production (BBCH 30-39), and quality (BBCH 49-51) fertilization periods. The examined fertilizers were applied in two doses, a full dose (180 kg/ha N) and a reduced dose (144 kg/ha N). The combination of CAN + UAN was used as a control. In the case of the evaluation of the results of the individual fertilised variants, no statistical significance was found for grain yield and grain bulk density. The winter wheat grain yield and bulk density were not statistically influenced by the examined treatments. For nitrogen content, gluten content and sedimentation value, was statistical significance found between the baseline control and the variants with reduced nitrogen dose.
