Expectations, Attitudes and the Role of Parish Administrators in Cooperation with the Institutional Charity Service in the Třebíč Deanery.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postoji správců římskokatolických farností k institucionalizované charitativní službě na území třebíčského děkanátu. Tato práce si klade za cíl pojmenovat postoje správců farností ke službě charity. Tomu předchází pojmenování postojů k diakonii v životě církve a farnosti. Dále pojmenování postojů k možné roli jáhna v této oblasti. Teoretická část mapuje význam postojů a možné zdroje vytváření postojů. Empirická část je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum postojů správců farností, zjišťovaný technikami kvalitativního dotazování. Z následné analýzy a interpretace dat bylo zjištěny postoje k oblastem diakonie ve farnosti, službě diakonátu a službě charity. Správci farností vyjádřili pozitivní postoje ke službě charity. Zároveň vyjádřili negativní postoje k některým aspektům, které se charity týkají. Následuje diskuze nad zjištěnými výsledky, jejich možný přínos pro praxi a závěr.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the attitudes of Roman Catholic parish administrators towards institutionalized charity service in the territory of the Třebíč deanery. This work aims to name the attitudes of parish administrators to the service of charity. This is preceded by naming the attitudes to diakonia in the life of the Church and the parish and, furthermore, attitudes towards the possible role of deacons in this area. The theoretical part maps the importance of attitudes and possible sources of attitude creation. The empirical part is focused on qualitative research of parish administrators attitudes, ascertained by qualitative interviewing techniques. The following analysis and interpretation of data revealed attitudes to the areas of diakonia in the parish, the service of the diaconate, the service of charity. Parish administrators expressed positive attitudes towards the service of charity. At the same time, they expressed negative attitudes to some aspects related to charity. The following is a discussion of the findings, their potential benefits for practice and conclusion
