Předložená bakalářská práce se věnuje studiu biomarkerů rezistence vůči endokrinní terapii a jejími mechanismy. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje literární rešerši zaměřující se na klasifikaci nádorů prsu a typy endokrinní terapie.
