Cílem této závěrečné práce je popsat a porovnat různé styly řízení vedoucích pracovníků podniku a následně stanovit, případně navrhnout optimální styl řízení. The aim of this thesis is to describe and compare different managerial styles of managers, and then determine, or suggest an optimal management style. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of manager's personality and his role in the team.
