The relationship between live coding and electronic music

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem mezi live codingem neboli živým kódování a elektronickou hudbou, zejména se zaměřuje na rave kulturu, zkoumá jejich vzájemný vztah a jejich vnímání veřejností. Zaměřuje se především na to, jak se tyto dvě odvětví mohou vzájemně obohacovat, prolínat a doplňovat, poukazuje také na jejich rozdílnosti nebo vzájemné rysy, a to zejména po technické stránce. Proces vzniku těchto dvou směrů bakalářská práce podrobněji popisuje a zaměřuje se na jejich možnosti propojení, zejména v oblasti syntetizátorů. Zaměřuje se také na algorave a jeho postavení v rave kultuře.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the relationship between live coding and electronic music, especially focuses on rave culture, examines their mutual relationship and their perception by the audience. It mainly focuses on how these two sectors can mutually enrich, intermingle and complement each other, it also points out their differences or mutual features, especially from a technical point of view. The bachelor's thesis describes the process of the emergence of these two directions in more detail and focuses on their connection possibilities, especially in the area of synthesizers. It also focuses on algorave and its place in rave culture.
