This diploma thesis is focused on the comparison of two contactless conductivity detectors connected with capillary electrophoresis, where one detector is non-commercial, and the other is commercial. They are compared using analyses of two model systems: (i) pyruvate, lactate, and (ii) glucose. Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na porovnání dvou bezkontaktních vodivostních detektorů ve spojení s kapilární elektroforézou, přičemž jeden detektor je nekomerční a druhý je komerční. Jsou porovnávány pomocí analýz dvou modelových systémů: (i) pyruvátu, laktátu a (ii) glukózy.
