Tato diplomová práce nazvaná „Užití cizího autorského díla, porušování autorských práv“ se zabývá problematikou autorských práv tak, jak je upravena současnou právní úpravou. V úvodu této práce se věnuji historii a vývoji autorského práva v České republice a ve vybraných státech. Na to navazuji definováním základních pojmů, zásad, práv a pramenů autorského práva. Diploma thesis „Use of Foreign Copyright Works, Copyright Infringement“ deals with the issues of copyright, based on current legal regulations. In the introduction of this thesis I focused on history and evolution of copyright in the Czech Republic and other selected countries.
