Analýza přístupů teambuildingu na vybraném podniku v České republice

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku teambuildingu, jeho využití v procesu řízení výroby prostřednictvím pracovních týmů. Jako modelový podnik byl zvolen Pivovar Kamenice s.r.o. V rámci literární rešerše byl charakterizován základní pojmový aparát z uvedené problematiky. The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of team management, its use in the process of production management through work teams.
