Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ohýbáním modřínového dřeva s použitím ocelové pásnice. Pomocí vlastního experimentu je stanovena vhodná metodika ohýbání, koeficient ohýbatelnosti a jsou popsány vznikající vady a doprovodné jevy. Pro zlepšení ohýbatelnosti a zamezení tvorbě vad je testován vliv nalepené bukové dýhy na vnitřní ploše vzorku. Ta dokáže vady potlačit a průměrně snížit zmetkovitost ohybů z 27 na 8 %, což je ve srovnání s čistě bukovými hranolky o 7 % nižší hodnota. Největší rozdíly jsou pozorovány u vyšších tlouštěk hranolků za hranicí ohýbatelnosti modřínu, kde je bez bukové dýhy zmetkovitost až 60 % a s ní pouze 14 %, tedy dojde i ke zlepšení koeficientu ohýbatelnosti. Mezi doprovodné jevy patří snižování tloušťky středové části hranolku a vychylování vzorku z roviny ohýbání. Z výsledných poznatků získaných experimentální částí je diskutováno možné zavedení modřínu do sféry ohýbaného nábytku.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the bending of larch wood using a steel belt. Based on the experiment, a suitable bending methodology and the bending capacity is determined, and defects and additional effects are described. In order to improve bendability and prevent the formation of defects, the effect of glued beech veneer on the inner surface of the sample is tested. The beech veneer can lower the defects and reduce the wastage rate of bends on average from 27 to 8 %, which is by 7 % lower value compared to pure beech samples. The biggest differences are observed with higher thicknesses beyond the bending capacity of larch, where the wastage rate is up to 60 % without beech veneer and only 14 % with it, so the bendability coefficient also improves. The additional effects are the reduction of the thickness of the central part of the sample and the deviation of the sample from the plane of bending. With the knowledge obtained in the experimental part, the possible introduction of larch into the sphere of bent furniture is discussed.
