Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na trávení volného času vězněných osob. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část práce definuje odborné pojmy jako jsou obviněný, odsouzený, výkon vazby, výkon trestu odnětí svobody a práva a povinnosti vězněných osob. The bachelor’s thesis focuses on imprisoned persons and the spending of their free time. This thesis is split into two parts. The theoretical part of this thesis defines the terminology, including: defendant, conviction, prosecution, execution of sentence and rights and obligations of imprisoned persons.
