Advisory and interinstitutional bodies of the European Union

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku institucí Evropské unie. V textu se však neobjeví Evropská komise, Evropský parlament, Rada, Evropská rada, Soudní dvůr Evropské unie či Evropská centrální banka. Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou instituce, které často unikají pozornosti i v rozsáhlejších publikacích zaměřených na Evropskou unii, přičemž se jedná o dvě kategorie – poradní orgány EU a interinstitucionální orgány EU. V první skupině nalezneme především Výbor regionů a Hospodářský a sociální výbor, druhou kategorii zde reprezentují: Úřad pro publikace EU, Evropská správní škola, Evropský úřad pro výběr personálu a Skupina pro reakci na počítačové hrozby. Cílem této bakalářské práce je vymezení úkolů a kompetencí poradních a interinstitucionálních orgánů a jejich pozice ve vztahu k ostatním institucím EU.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on problems of European Union institutions. However, the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Council, the European Council, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Central Bank do not appear in the text. The topic of this bachelor thesis are institutions that often escape attention in larger publications focused on the European Union, two categories - EU advisory bodies and EU interinstitutional bodies. The first group includes the Committee of the Regions and the Economic and Social Committee, the second category being the EU Publications Office, the European Administrative School, the European Personnel Selection Office and the Computer Threat Response Group. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define the tasks and competencies of advisory and interinstitutional bodies and their position in relation to other EU institutions.
