Tato bakalářská práce je věnována komplexní analýze problematiky pojistných podvodů v havarijním pojištění. Tam, kde je to třeba, seznamuje s problematikou pojistných podvodů obecně, v dalších částech se zaměřuje přímo na havarijní pojištění. This bachelor thesis is dedicated to complex analysis of issues connected to accident insurance. Where needed it acquaints with insurance frauds in general, in other sections it is focused directly on accident insurance.
