Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právním postavením jednatele ve společnosti s ručením omezeným. V souvislosti s vydáním zákona o obchodních korporacích a nového občanského zákoníku, se právní postavení jednatele upravilo a přineslo nové povinnosti. This thesis deals with the legal position of executive officer of a limited company. In connection with the Business Corporation Act and the new Civil Code, the legal position of executives officers revise and brought new responsibilities.
