Bakalářská práce se zabývá právním institutem věcných břemen. Práce se skládá z šesti částí. V prvních dvou kapitolách je proveden rozbor historie a platné právní úpravy podle nového občanského zákoníku. Další část je věnovaná vzniku a zániku věcných břemen. The bachelor thesis deals with the legal institute of easements. It is divided into six parts .The first two chapters present the historical legal regulation of the issue and the current legislation according to the new Civil Code.
