Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá plánováním statutárního auditu. Hlavním cílem této práce je představit dostatečný teoretický základ a následně na praktických příkladech demonstrovat sestavení plánu auditu. Tato diplomová práce se skládá ze čtyř hlavních kapitol. První kapitola vysvětluje pojem audit a popisuje jednotlivé druhy auditu. Druhá kapitola je věnována definici a rozdělení rizik v auditu, zejména v členění na auditorské riziko a jeho složky. Třetí kapitola se zabývá definicí auditorských postupů v rámci jednotlivých fází auditu, a to zejména takových, které bychom koncepčně mohli zařadit do procesu plánování auditu. Čtvrtá kapitola demonstruje proces plánování auditu na třech společnostech. Poslední částí této kapitoly pak prakticky prezentuje postupy související s vytvořením plánu auditu pro jednotlivé společnosti, které jsou završeny samotným sestavením plánu auditu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the planning of a statutory audit. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to present a sufficient theoretical basis and then demonstrate the compile of an audit plan on practical examples. The diploma thesis consists of the four main chapters. The first chapter explains the concept of audit and describes the various types of audit. The second chapter defines the types of audit risks. The third chapter deals with the definition of audit procedures within the individual phases of the audit, especially those that we could conceptually include in the audit planning process. The fourth chapter demonstrates the audit planning process on the three companies. The last part of this chapter practically presents the procedures related to the compilation of an audit plan for individual companies then the audit plan is made.
