Pathogenicity Test of Fungi of the Genus Phaeoacremonium Isolated in the Czech Republic on Grapevine Rootstocks
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na objasnění stupně tolerance nejběžněji používaných podnožových odrůd révy v českých školkách a vinicích k přítomnosti houby Phaeoacremonium iranianum. Devět odrůd podnoží bylo inokulováno myceliem jednoho z nejčastěji vyskytujícího se houbového patogenu způsobující chorobu ESCA a Petriho chorobu. Abstract:
This study investigated the susceptibility of the most common rootstock used in Czech grapevine nurseries and vineyards to Phaeoacremonium iranianum. A total of nine rootstocks were inoculated with mycelium of the very common fungal patogen causes diseases esca and Petri disease.
