Analysis of Law Aspects with Using Double Taxation Treaties
Abstract:
Cílem celé práce je poskytnout čtenáři náhled na obecná pravidla a pojmy smluv o zamezení dvojího zdanění, jejichž znalost je nutná pro možné využití smluv, dále na konkrétní pravidla ve vztahu České a Kyperské republiky a v neposlední řadě na příklady možností využití smluv o zamezení dvojímu zdanění.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to provide the reader with insight into the general rules and concepts of the double taxation, the knowledge needed for possible use of treaties, and the specific rules in respect of Cyprus and the Czech Republic treaty and last but not least the examples of possibilities of using of treaties.
