The effect of physical activities within the program "Start together" on the emotional balance of children from the kindergarten U plavecké haly in Ústí nad Labem

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem pohybových a sportovních aktivit v součinnosti s programem Začít Spolu a jejich efekt na emoční vývoj dětí předškolního věku. První, teoretická část práce se zabývá zejména problematikou fyzického vlivu pohybu na dítě a jeho zdraví, dále pak efektem, jaký má pohyb a sportovní aktivita na psychický vývoj dítěte a jeho sociální a emoční schopnosti. Součástí teoretické části je také seznámení se s principy a postupy vzdělávacího programu Začít Spolu. Praktická část práce poté ověřuje, zda předpoklady programu Začít Spolu v otázkách soutěživosti dětí a jejím vlivu na emoční stav dítěte, jsou v souladu s pozorováním vzorku dětí navštěvujících Mateřskou školu U plavecké haly v Ústí nad Labem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of physical and sport activities in cooperation with the program Step by step and their effect on the emotional development of preschool children. The first, theoretical part of the thesis, deals mainly with the issue of the physical impact of movement on the child and its health, as well as the effect of movement and sport activity on the child's mental development and social and emotional abilities. Another segment of the theoretical part is familiarization with the principles and procedures of the educational program Step by step. The practical part of the work then verifies whether the assumptions of the program Step by step in matters of children's competitiveness and its impact on the emotional state of the child are consistent with the observation of a sample of children attending the kindergarten U plavecké haly in Ústí nad Labem.
