Racionalizace skladových prostor za použití informačních systémů v konkrétním podniku

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na racionalizaci skladových prostor. V práci se zaměřuji na racionalizaci skladových procesů a vylepšení skladu. V práci jsem navrhl několik racionálních řešení na zlepšení procesů při skladování, z analyzoval jsem kapacitu skladu hotových výrobků a vytvořil návrh nového uspořádání skladu.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the rationalisation of warehouse space. In this thesis, I focus on warehouse rationalization and warehouse process improvement. In this thesis I have proposed several rational solutions to improve the warehousing processes, I have analyzed the capacity of the finished goods warehouse and created a proposal for a new warehouse layout.
