Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je řeší porovnání statistické metody známé jako statistická regulace procesu s jinými nástroji řízení kvality a za účelem navrhnutí efektivního způsobu jejího implementování. V teoretické části byla vytvořena literární rešerše, která byla zpracována na základě české a zahraniční odborné literatury. Jsou zde teoreticky popsány kromě statistické regulace procesu také statistická přejímka, navrhování experimentů a základní nástroje řešení problémů v řízení kvality. Pozornost je věnována také analýze systému měření jako základnímu předpokladu pro správné fungování jakékoliv statistické metody.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of the statistical method known as statistical process control with other quality management tools and in order to design an effective way of its implementation. In the theoretical part, a literary search was conducted, which was processed on the basis of Czech and foreign professional literature.In addition to statistical process control, they are theoretically described here statistical acceptance, design of experiments and basic tools for solving problems in quality management. Attention is also paid to the analysis of the measurement system as a basic prerequisite for the proper functioning of any statistical method.
