The School of Music in Louny district
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, prostřednictvím kvalitativní studie s podpůrnou metodou rozhovoru a participačního pozorování, zda čtyři vybrané základní umělecké školy v rámci jednoho okresu plně využívají potenciál ke svému rozvoji. Zda při srovnatelným podmínkách opravdu dělají vše proto, aby v dnešní době vzkvétaly a byly schopny uspokojit širokou veřejnost.
Abstract:
The main goal of this masters´dissertation is to discover whether the four selected schools of music fully exploit the potential of their own development. This will be supported by direct and active observation utilising the qualitataive research method. Another aim will be to compare whether these institutions do everything, they can grow and meet the expectations of the general public.
