Restrictions of real estate owners within act on nature and landscape protection
Abstract:
Cílem předkládané bakalářské práce je pojednat o problematice omezení vlastníků nemovitostí v režimu zákona o ochraně přírody a krajiny. Problematika omezení se týká jak vlastníků nemovitostí, tak i nájemců. Zabývám se otázkou omezení na základě obecné ochrany přírody a krajiny, omezení na základě zvláštní ochrany přírody a krajiny a Naturou 2000.
Abstract:
The objective of the dissertation submitted is to feature the restrictions for the real estate owners within the Nature and Landscape Protection Act. The restrictions concern both the earl estate owners and the tenants. Deal with issue restrictions base on the general nature and landscaped protection, restrictions base on special nature and landscapes protection and Natura 2000.
