Current crise of mortgages market in USA and its effect on financial market in the world

Abstract:

O schopnosti dané země čelit finančním krizím rozhoduje síla domácího finančního systému a stabilita domácí ekonomiky. Od stabilní ekonomiky se odráží rozsah a hloubka projevu finanční krize. Každá země reaguje na probíhající krizi odlišně. Větší či menší dopady krize zaznamenaly státy po celém světě. Důvodem vzniku americké hypoteční krize bylo poskytování hypotečních úvěru rizikovým klientům a následná sekuritizace cenných papírů, kterými byly tyto úvěry jištěny. Těmito kroky byla vytvořena finanční propast, která způsobila kolaps finančních systémů po celém světě.

Abstract:

The power of a domestic financial system and the stability of domestic economy are determining the ability of a given country to sustain through a financial crisis. The scale and depth of exposure to a financial crisis are reflected from a stable economy. Every country reacts to an ongoing crisis differently. Countries all around the world registered minor or major effects. The reason for the start of the crisis was due to providing mortgages to high risk clients followed by securization of bonds that had been used to secure the loans. Consequently, a financial chasm was created that evoked a collapse of financial systems all around the world.
