Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyse the strategy of Hindu nationalism in campaigns aimed at adopting anti-conversion legislation through the analysis of secondary literature. Receiving or rejecting the adoption of anti-conversion laws took place in two great waves. The first wave took place between 1967- 1978, the second wave in 2000-2006. Cieľom práce je prostredníctvom analýzy sekundárnej literatúry objasniť stratégiu hinduistického nacionalizmu pri kampaniach, ktoré mali viesť k prijatiu antikonverzných legislatív. Prijímanie či naopak odmetanie prijatia antikonverzných zákonov sa odohralo v dvoch veľkých vlnách. Prvá vlna prebehla v rozmedzí rokov 1967-1978, druhá vlna v rokoch 2000-2006.
