Abstract:

Práce pod názvem „Aukce energetického uhlí“ pojednává o fenoménu komplexní změny v systému prodeje hnědého uhlí na energetickém trhu České republiky. Současný trh s hnědým uhlím v České republice stojí před výrazným problémem, a to značným převisem poptávky po hnědém uhlí nad kapacitními možnostmi všech těžebních společností. Tato skutečnost vyžaduje vybudování odlišného způsobu obchodování s hnědým uhlím na trhu ČR, který doposud vycházel z předpokladu, že těžitelné zásoby uhlí jsou v souladu s horizontem životnosti jednotlivých energetických zdrojů (tepláren a elektráren). Z důvodu významného, až monopolního postavení producentů hnědého uhlí je nutné, aby nový způsob obchodování byl co nejtransparentnější a respektoval veškeré tržní aspekty. Proto se uvažuje realizovat prodej hnědého uhlí ve formě aukčních obchodů. Tato bakalářská práce si tak klade za cíl definovat základní aspekty principů aukčního obchodování v oblasti komoditních trhů; dále pak popsat možnosti aukčních obchodů ve vazbě na trh s hnědým uhlím v České republice. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je pak predikce dalšího možného vývoje v oblasti komoditních obchodů s hnědým uhlím v ČR.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis entitled „Auction energy coal” discusses the phenomena of changes in the complex system of selling the brown coal in the energy market in the Czech Republic. Current brown coal market is highly problematic especially in the excess demand for brown coal over the capacity possibilities of all mining companies in the Czech Republic. This fact needs to build a different way of trading brown coal market which preciously relied on the assumption that extractable coal reserves are in line with the horizon life of individual energy resources (coal heat and power plant). Therefore it is necessary to make the new way of trading more transparent and respecting all market aspects. Therefore we are considering the implementation of the brown coal sale in the auction business. This bachelor thesis defines the basic aspects of the principles of auction trading in commodity markets. This thesis describes the possibility of auction transactions in relation to the brown coal market in the Czech Republic. The result of this bachelor thesis is to forecast the possible future developments in commodity trade in brown coal in the Czech Republic.
