Tato práce vychází z mé bakalářské práce napsané na stejné téma a obhájené v roce 2016. Jednotlivé pasáže budou podrobněji rozvedeny a práce se bude věnovat nové právní úpravě této oblasti, jakož i příslušným orgánům dozoru, dohledu a ochrany. The thesis is based on my bachelor thesis written on the same topic and defended in 2016. Individual parts will be elaborated further and the thesis will be focus on new legislation of this legal area, as well as on relevant oversight authority, supervisory body, and protection authority.
