Cílem diplomové práce bylo optimalizovat okamžité dávky potravin navržené v práci Loukotové (2008) vzhledem k aktuálnímu sortimentu obchodních řetězců u vybraných skupin civilního obyvatelstva. Byly sestaveny jídelní lístky s inovovanou potravinovou skladbou, na základě průzkumu provedeného ve vybraných obchodních řetězcích. Abstract:
The aim of the work was to optimize the doses of foods suggested by Loukotová (2008) according to current offer in chosen retail chains. There were suggested the menus for select group of civilians with new composition of food and analysed by program Výživa.
